The Achievement Profile is a tool that is designed to help multi-disciplinary teams to organize the qualitative and quantitative information into a usable format. By using this tool, the multi-disciplinary team can organize the data, do further evaluation in deficit areas if needed, and identify an individual’s weaknesses within the deficit area so that interventions designed for the student are based on student need.
This resource is available at no charge to Region 10 school districts. You must log in to your Region 10 account to access this resource.
The Achievement Profile Tool is available those outside of Region 10 for individual purchase at $100.00 for quantities from 1 to 4. Site or District licenses are available at $500.00 for those requiring more than four copies.
