This online course is designed for participants to explore and understand content specific TEKS and to become familiar with instructional methods and strategies based in best practices. Participants will examine and understand major concepts of Hospitality, Nutrition and Food Sciences as well as investigate industry related professional organizations and student leadership opportunities.
The CERTification at Region 10 Program is a state-accredited alternative certification program that provides an opportunity for qualified individuals to gain Texas teacher certification. This course is a component of the CERTification Program requirements.
