If you experience issues with the lesson, please try the following advice:

  1. Be sure pop up blockers are turned off
  2. This course was created using HTML5. Preferred browsers include:
    • Windows: Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge (latest version), Google Chrome (latest version), Firefox (latest version)
    • Mac: Safari (latest version), Google Chrome (latest version), Firefox (latest version)
    • Mobile: Safari in Apple iOS 10 or later, Google Chrome in Apple iOS 10 or later, Google Chrome in Android OS 4.4 or later
  3. Try a different browser than the one you just tried.
  4. If you must use the same browser, please try clearing your browser cache first before reattempting the lesson.
  5. Do NOT refresh your screen while running the lesson.
  6. Do NOT hit the browser back button while running the lesson.
  7. A small percentage of clients will experience a time-out at the end of the lesson after receiving their test score. If this happens to you, please take a screenshot of your score and email it to OLC@region10.org. We will do a manual override in the grade book within 24 business hours. 

If you are using an older browser, you will need to update to a newer version.

If you still experience issues after trying a new browser, please send an email to OLC@region10.org with the following information:

  • what type of computer you are using
  • what browsers (name and version) you have tried.  You can locate the browser name/version in the "Help" menu in your browser and then choose the "About Firefox, About Chrome, etc." for your specific browser.
  • what date/time you experienced the issue
  • did you attempt the course from home or work?
